The Wind of Change in Leadership

Current research in the area of Leadership highlight 3 things that ischanging the dynamics of

leadership. Individuals that find themselves inleadership position need to take account.

New Leadership thoughts:

1. Leaders must be seen as Changer Makers

1.1 Statistics show that effectual change require sustained andconsistent leadership under the

same leader

1.2 A minimum of 10 years sustained can consistent leadership is needfor change to happen

1.3 Leaders must demonstrate understanding of Cultural, Traditional aswell as the Value Base

diversity of its community (Customer, Employee, B2B Suppliers etc.)

3.3 Cognitive Flexibility of people in leadership position is essential
